Welcome September! It would seem many organizations (at least in BC, Canada) go to sleep over the summer and then wake up in a frenzy the minute September rolls around. Here is something to get you moving strategically for the Fall. Too many organizations say that people are their greatest asset and basically lie through their teeth. Ask yourself: if you read your organization’s HR or OD strategy, would you know what organization it was for? hmmmm … a point to ponder. Get specific. Get clear. Get a talent strategy that works.
